48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee: We understand that sometimes a guitar may not feel right once you've had a chance to play it at home. Therefore, we offer a generous 48-hour satisfaction guarantee from the time you receive your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your instrument, you may return it within 48 hours for a full refund or exchange, less the shipping costs and 3% restocking fee.
Conditions for Return:
- The instrument must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Any signs of wear, damage, or modifications may affect the eligibility for a refund or exchange.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) must be presented for all returns.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to initiate the return process.
- Securely package the item, ensuring it is well-protected to prevent any damage during return shipping.
- Ship the item back to us using a reliable and trackable shipping service. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can help coordinate this.
Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
