1936 Martin D-18 Natural

A phenomenal pre-war dreadnought featuring a 1 3/4" nut width, forward-shifted X-bracing, and an Adirondack spruce top. Comes in its original Harptone case. This guitar has had a neck reset, refret, and fretboard planing for optimal playability. It sports an exceptional replica bridge by Willi Henkes crafted from Brazilian rosewood. While a few top cracks and a center seam have been cleated and reglued, and some braces reglued, the original bridge plate remains intact. A heel crack repair has been touched up professionally. This guitar is loud, resonant, and deeply responsive—a true bluegrass powerhouse.
