About This Guitar

This CF-100 is ultra-resonant and plays great with a recent neck reset. It has a repaired side crack and an LR Baggs I-Beam pickup installed. What is a bit of a mystery is the nut width. It has a 1 9/16" nut width but the correct tapered headstock and logo inlays for an early 50s guitar. The fingerboard is original to the neck, leading us to think this was likely custom ordered for somebody with a preference for a narrower nut- possibly a banjo or mandolin player.
